# AgentMarket 7-Day Validation Kit

Goal: validate the first task category for AgentMarket with the least possible manual work: structured research requests that can be scoped, executed, and machine-checked.

Target task category:

> Structured information collection: company lists, competitor data, document-to-table extraction, supplier/customer/tool lists.

Do not validate the full "marketplace for every request" idea yet. Validate this loop first:

> User submits request -> task contract -> source pack -> job runner -> CSV delivery -> validation report.

## Files

- `7-day-runbook.md`: what to do each day.
- `outreach-messages.md`: outreach copy for the first test batch.
- `intake-form-fields.md`: required intake fields.
- `demand-tracker.csv`: tracker for 10 real requests.
- `task-fit-rubric.md`: scoring rules for whether a request fits the first version.
- `pricing-experiment.md`: free test-run and paid quote experiment.

## Success Criteria

Only track four outcomes over seven days:

- 10 real requests received.
- At least 6 can be turned into task contracts.
- At least 3 can run through source pack + runner.
- At least 1 user shows willingness to pay for a full result.

If this fails, do not expand the platform. Change the user segment or task package first.
